Because each piece is made to order, delivery takes a little longer than standard retail products, but we believe meaningful achievements deserve the time and attention required to create something truly special.

We proudly ship throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy, with tracking included on every order.

Processing & Production Timeline

Once your order is placed we:

1. Review your route and customization details
2. Prepare your personalized design
3. Manufacture and assemble your display

4. Perform quality checks
5. Carefully package your order for shipment

Processing Time

7–10 Business Days

We intentionally allow up to 7–10 business days for production to ensure every order receives the attention and care it deserves. During periods of high demand, this timeframe allows us to maintain our quality standards without rushing production.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

depending on your location within South Africa.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.Using your tracking number, you can monitor your package throughout its journey with The Courier Guy.You will receive updates as your parcel moves through the delivery network and approaches its destination.If you have any questions regarding your shipment, our team is always happy to assist.

Yes. Every RouteLegend order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

The Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is likely to be available during business hours.

If production has not yet been completed and the order has not shipped, we may be able to update your address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are required.

Every RouteLegend display is personalized using your route, colours, names, photos, and selected options.

This production time allows us to create your display carefully while maintaining our quality standards.

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur during peak demand periods or due to courier-related circumstances.

If a delay occurs, we’ll keep you informed and provide updates whenever possible.

Yes. Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Not at this time. We currently ship only within South Africa.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and packaging. We’ll investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
